Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's win016 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to one (1) business day to process. win016 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile network operator, or payment service provider.
Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are ordinarily processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of the withdrawal request being approved. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take three (3) to five (5) business days. Any suspicious transaction patterns may be subject to enhanced due diligence, and win016 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction pending investigation. Bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by win016 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. General eligibility requirements include holding a verified win016 account in good standing, meeting any minimum deposit requirement associated with the offer, and opting in where required. Bonuses are not available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to any account restriction.

Bonus credits and free bets that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. win016 is not obligated to notify players of impending bonus expiry, though it may do so at its discretion via in-app notification or email.
All bets placed on the win016 sportsbook or wagers placed in casino games are subject to acceptance by win016. win016 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, system faults, or suspected fraudulent activity.
